She creates thoughtful, nourishing meals for families, professionals, and hosts across the city, drawing on her training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and her experience in French, Italian, Modern American, and European kitchens. Her offerings range from customized meal prep to elegant dinner parties.

She handles every detail — sourcing ingredients, cooking, and full cleanup — so her clients can slow down, gather around the table, and enjoy each other’s company. Francie’s goal is to craft food that feels personal, nourishing, and beautifully made, turning everyday meals into moments of community.
